摘要：Unsaturated polyesters are disclosed which are obtained from &agr;,. beta.-unsaturated diacids of the cis form and polyols derived from polyhalogenated,
polysubstituted polyphenyls. At the end of the esterification reaction, these polyesterspossess from about 60 to 98% trans acid groups and from about 40 to 2% cis acidgroups. The use of these polyesters in the preparation of various articles is alsodisclosed.
