Have you tried to run or walk for exercise and then given up? If you answered yes, you should try a new kind of exercise: aquatic (水中的) exercise. Aquatic exercise is like exercise on land, but you do it in a swimming pool. More and more people are trying aquatic exercise.

Aquatic exercise seems easier than exercise on land. Why? You weigh about 90% less in the pool. It is better for your knees than running or walking. Water is about 1,000 times thicker and heavier than air. To move through the water, your body has to work four times as hard. As a result, you can burn more calories (卡路里).

In fact, most people say they feel more relaxed in the water. They stop thinking about the things that make them worried. They feel in control of their bodies. The cool, quiet environment makes them feel good.

But what if you are afraid of the water? No problem! There is nothing to worry about. Aquatic exercise is safe and easy to learn. It doesn’t require any special skills. You don’t even need to know how to swim. Aquatic exercise is for everyone.

But they soon found out sometimes language could really be a problem when traveling. One day, when they were traveling through Vietnam, one of their motorbikes broke down. They wanted to find somebody to repair it. However, they could not speak the language of the local people. At last, they drew some symbols on a piece of paper and got their motorbike repaired.

After that, the three young men used the same way to “talk” to local people, and traveling in different countries became much easier for them. One day, the group came up with an idea — why not make a T-shirt with simple symbols to help other travelers? After some thought, they made their T-shirt — Iconspeak T-shirt.

On this useful T-shit, there are 40 common symbols. They are easy for people all over the world to understand. If you travel in a foreign country with this T-shirt on, you can just point to the symbols to tell others what you need. For example, if a tourist wants to find the bus stop, he can just point to the symbol of a bus. Tourists can also point to more than one symbol. For
