摘要：A method stored in memory executable by a processor for transferringownership of a virtual value card in a virtual card management system is provided. Themethod includes, at a virtual card manager, receiving a request for reassignment of the
virtual value card from a source virtual card engine to a target virtual card engine at avirtual card manager. The method further includes, at the virtual card manager, modifyingcard data in a manager-side associative card profile included in the virtual card managerand requesting modification of card data in a provider-side associative card profile topermit use of the virtual value card by the target virtual card engine and inhibit use of thevirtual value card by the source virtual card engine in response to reception of therequest for reassignment.
