摘要：A panel (20) for a visor assembly (10) for a vehicle includes a mirror (22)surrounded on three sides by a generally U-shaped light source behind a translucentpanel (24) for providing illumination of the mirror for use as a vanity mirror under lowambient light conditions. The panel may be an integral of a body of a visor or a panelwhich is slidably extended from a visor. The U-shaped light and mirror panel can bepivoted when in an extended position such that the light and mirror can be utilized whilethe visor is in a raised stored position or in a lowered use position. The panel is

conveniently coupled to an X-shaped bracket (100) with the legs (102, 104) forming thebracket pivotally (106) coupled to one another. One end (101, 108) of each leg (102, 104)is pivotally coupled to an anchoring member (92) and the opposite end (111) pivotallyand slidably mounted to the visor panel (20).
