摘要：The set has a base casing (10) with a selective axial length including a drive endand a tool grip end (12). The casing has an inner diameter selected for retaining a workcasing or a nail. A dilation casing (30) has an external diameter that is adapted to the innerdiameter of the base casing. The dilation casing has an end section (31) with an outletopening (32) for guiding longitudinal adjustment of a fixed guide wire (20). The workcasing has an inner diameter adapted for guiding a drill or cutter and/or a nail and aninset at its one end for gripping the tool grip end.
