2次胶原酶溶盘加针刺综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症

【摘 要】Objective: To evaluate therapeutic efect of comprehensive therapy of acupuncture as main in postoperative recovery of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:Seventy-seven cases were randomly divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=37).The observation group were treated with acupuncture at Shenshu(BL23), Dachangshu(BL25),Baliao(BL31, BL32,BL33,BL34),Zhibian(BL54)combined with polarized light,and the control group with western medicine dikeleke 75 mg,once daily. They were treated for 2 month.Results:The cure-markedly effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group and 75.7% in the control group with a significant diference between the two

groups(P<0.05).The average VAS score was (2.28 + 0.96) in the observation group and (3.49 + 11.45) in the control group with a significant diference between the two groups(P< 0.01).Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture as main can obviously increase the therapeutic effect in the postoperative recovery of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.%目的:评价针刺为主综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症在胶原酶盘外2次注入溶解术后的疗效.方法:将77 例患者随机分为治疗组40 例和对照组37 例;治疗组小剂量(600 U) 间隔72 h,2 次注入胶原酶行侧隐窝盘外溶解治疗,术后采用针灸和中药熏蒸治疗,针刺取

肾俞、大肠俞、八醪、秩边等穴;对照组1次性注入胶原酶1200 U,仅服用西药扶他林25 mg,每日3次.两组均治疗2个月后进行疗效统计.结果:治疗组愈显率为95.0%,对照组愈显率为75.7%,两组之间疗效差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,治疗组直观模拟标尺(VAS) 评分(2.28±0.96),对照组VAS 评分(3.49±11.45),两组间VAS 评分比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论:2 次注入胶原酶盘外溶解治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期疗效均优于1次性注入的方法,针刺为主的综合疗法能显著提高腰椎间盘突出症术后康复疗效. 【总页数】2页(P1725-1726)
