公交主导型大城市综合交通系统

摘 要：该研究分析了城市发展模式与综合交通系统演变的规律，总结了城镇化过程中交通系统发展与城市空间布局之间的相互关系。以重庆、昆明、西安和太原等城市为研究对象，提出了不同类型城市在不同发展阶段的综合交通体系结构规划方案。针对城市综合交通枢纽一体化运行效率优化问题，从规划、设计、运营3个层面，研究了枢纽内多方式协同运行的机理，分析了枢纽不同交通流线衔接及相互作用原理，提出了集内部客流组织、设施管理和运营计划动态协同于一体的城市综合交通枢纽运行管理方法。研究了轨道交通能源消耗影响因素及其重要度排序，构建了轨道交通能耗测算模型，并与道路交通能源消耗进行了对比。进行了道路交通状态特征分析实证研究，以北京市京通快速道路为实证对象，对公交专用道方案的实施效果进行了后评估。以北京市为实证城市，系统分析了居民出行行为，提取个体出行特征，构建了不同类型乘客交通方式选择模型，并总结了多样化出行需求的发生规律。课题研究成果为我国公交都市的建设和运营提供了科学基础。关键词：公交主导 城市综合交通结构 公交枢纽

General Technical Report of the Empirical Research onIntegrated Transportation System in Public Transportation

Abstract:This project explored the relationship between transportation system and urban spatial layout during the course ofurbanization by analyzing the evolvement of urban development pattern and integrated transportation system. Various integratedtransportation system planning for different types of urban in different developing stages were proposed including Chongqing,Kunming, Xian and Taiyuan. The research focused on the planning, design and operation of the efficiency optimization problemof urban integrated transportation hub. It studied the coordinated operation and interaction theory among various transportationmodes and traffic flow in one hub. As a result, the operation management measures of urban integrated transportation hubincluding passenger flow organization, facilities management and operation plan were proposed in the report. Besides these,the research looked into influence factors of energy consumption in rail transit and its importance rank to build an estimatingmodel and make a comparison of the results between rail transit and road traffic utilizing this model. The research alsoconducted two empirical studies. One assessed the implementation effect of bus lane on Jingtong expressway. The other analyzedthe travel behavior of residents in Beijing, summarized travel characteristics, built traffic mode choice model for differenttypes of passengers, and achieved diverse travel demand regularities. All of the research achievements will provide somereference for the structure and operation of transit metropolis in some degree.
