My habit
Different habits show different personalities. Once a habit is formed, it’s difficult or even impossible to change again. Therefore, it’s of great importance that we should pay attention to our habits.
My habit is keeping a smile. If you want to have a healthy body, keeping a good mood is the basic. Smiling brings us relaxation and pleasure. Stress and negative emotions can be drained away by keeping a smile. In simple words, smiling makes us feel happy.
Besides that, there are also a lot of advantages for keeping a smile. For example, smiling can let you have more friends and others will think that you are a kind person. They will accept you and talk with you sincerely. Smiling is like a flower, the sunshine and the best gifts to others.
Whatever happened, I always faced it with a smile. So I get into the habit of smiling. I always believe that if we smile at life, life will also smile on us return.
Let’s get into a good habit such as greeting every day with a smile. Tomorrow will be another day and the shine will be warmer.
