这学期是我担任四年级的英语教学.由于经验颇浅,因此,我对工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向

前辈学习。经过这个学期的努力,获得了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学总结:

教学就是教与学,两者都是相互联系,不可分割的.有教者必然有学者.学生是被教主体.因此,了解和分析学生情

况,有针对地教。对教学成功与否至关重要。最初教学的时候,我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材想方设法令课堂生动,学生易接受。但一开始就碰了钉子,在讲授第一课的时候,我按照自己的教学设计,上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死

板的课,认为教学效果如期理

想,怎知小测出来知道不如人意.后来听同学们反应,才知道我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂,而教学的部分内容同学们以前从未接触过,从而可知,我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况。

教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性,曾有一位前辈对我说:“课备不好,倒不如不上课,否则就是白费心机。\"明白到备课的重要性,因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。虽然

辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。 备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心这就很讲究方法了。

上课内容丰富、现实,态自然、讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部就自然能够吸引住学生.所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感到一种自然气氛.这样,授课就事半功倍.回看自己的授课,我感到有点愧疚.因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点.当学生在课堂上无心自学,违反纪律时,我的情绪就受到影响,并且把这带到教学中,让原本正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水平,以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克

服,研究方法,采取有力方法

解决当中困难.

因为英语的特殊情况,学生在不断学习中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此,绝对不能忽视.为此,我制定了具体的计划和目标.对这部分

同学进行有计划的辅导。 英语是语言。因此除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读多讲,多练,为此在早读时,我坚持下班了解情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生及时消化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。 经过一个学期的努力,期末考试就是一种考验.无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白这并不是最重要的,重要的是本学期后如何自我提高,如何共同提高四年级英语水平.因此,无论怎样辛苦,我会继续努力,多问,多想,多像前辈学习,争取进步。

小学生一日常规 一、上学常规

1.离家前要衣着整洁,手脸干净。

2.自行整理并带齐当天课程的课本、作业本、文具、学具。

3.离家前告别:“×××

4.讲究文明礼貌,不在途中逗留、追逐,遵守交通规则,注意途中安全。

5.按时到校(不迟到,也不过早到校),因故不能上学,应由家长及时向班主任请假。

4.课内外都遵守学校的纪律和各项规章制度,课间、午间不追逐,不打闹,学校来客不随尾,不围观。

5.进办公室要报告,经老师同意方可进入;进别班教室要经该班班长或同学同意,未经允许不得进入。不随便拿用别人东西即未经别人同意不拿其东西。

6.爱护公物财物,爱护花草树木,做到不乱涂墙壁、桌、凳等,不坐桌子,不践踏花坛,不攀摘花木,并做到:看到损坏的公物自觉修理,自觉维护,要与破坏校、班的公物的坏人作斗争。

7.养成良好的卫生习惯,班内自觉做好值日生工作,经常保持教室及学校公共场所的清洁卫生。做到不吃零食,不喝生水,不随地吐痰,不乱扔纸屑,衣着清洁,不就地席坐打滚,不乱大小便。

三、间操常规

总的要求:快、静、齐。不讲一句话,集合半分钟,队列一条线,站如一棵松。

1.下课音乐起,应迅速、轻轻地把下一堂书本文具整理好并置于课桌左上角,自动形成一排走出教室。

2.做操时要求做到不讲话,保持队伍整齐、动作规范。

3.做完操,按班级纵队依次回到教室休息.

4.途中做到安静、有序、通畅,注意安全。

四、课堂常规

1.听到音乐声迅速进教室,头正坐直,或唱歌或诵读,静候老师上课。

2.教师示意“上课\",值日生喊“起立”;”同学们齐呼“老师好!”教师答:“同学们好!请坐!”学生即坐下。因故迟到者,呼“报告”经过老师同意后进教室。英语课、音乐课、体育课按老师的要求进行师生问候。

3.自始至终参加活动,中途离开必须请假.

七、课间常规

finally came to understand the emptiness of a material world。 After he fulfilled his filial duties by marrying chi the women handpicked by his parents and passing his examinations for civil servant he returned to his spiritual origin and became a monk。
