摘要：The invention relates to a method for producing an electrode for capacitors,particularly electrolyte capacitors, starting from an alloy with a constituent A and with aconstituent B, whereby the surface energy of constituent A and is greater than thesurface energy of constituent B. In addition, oxidation-induced segregation and

tempering of the alloy results in the formation of a layer, which contains constituent B, onthe surface of a body that contains constituent A. The invention also relates to a methodfor producing a capacitor. The long-time stability of the electrode or of the capacitor canbe improved by producing an intermediate layer (4), which impedes the diffusion ofoxygen and which releases less oxygen than the electrode body (2).
