摘要：A solidification analysis method of a cast that can predict a molten temperaturedrop history with fine precision is disclosed. The analysis is performed by consideringdifferent latent heat emitting patterns according to the differences of the coolingspeeds. An analysis model having a plurality of elements is used. A cooling speed is
calculated in each element by performing a calculation of heat transfer between theelements adjacent to each other. A temperature fluctuation range is revised in eachelement when a temperature fluctuates from emission of solidification latent heat basedon the calculated cooling speed and a predetermined fraction solid-temperature curveof a molten alloy. A solidification analysis of the analysis model is performed by using therevised temperature fluctuation range.
