摘要：Preparation of polyisocyanate from aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic isocyanates inthe presence of catalyst, which is a phosphorus containing compound (1a), is claimed,where the amount of: isocyanurate and iminooxadiazinedione structures in the obtainedpolyisocyanate is above 60 mol.%; an uretdione structure is below 25 mol.%; andcarbodiimide and uretonimine structures is less than 5 mol.%. Preparation ofpolyisocyanate from aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic isocyanates in the presence ofcatalyst, which is a phosphorus containing compound of formula (R 1>-P(R 3>)-R 2>) (1a),is claimed, where the amount of: isocyanurate and iminooxadiazinedione structures in theobtained polyisocyanate is above 60 mol.%; a uretdione structure is below 25 mol.%; andcarbodiimide and uretonimine structures is less than 5 mol.%. R 1>cyclic, aliphatic 1-50Cresidue (one or more unsaturated and/or optionally substituted with one or moresubstituent of 1-20C alkyl or 1-20C alkoxy); and PR 1>R 2>R 3>cycloaliphatic 2-20Cresidue (one or more unsaturated, polycyclic and/or optionally substituted with one ormore substituent of 1-20C alkyl or 1-20C alkoxy).
