摘要：A service exception resolution framework provides a centralized exceptionhandling console (EHC) used to reprocess unfulfilled service requests that have result in
service request exceptions. The EHC allows an operator to analyze multiple servicerequest exceptions simultaneously from disparate applications and domains.
