Design of Mechanical for Cutting Device of PE Bag of Fluid Bag

Abstract: In order to improve the level of automation and productivity of fluid bag, this paper designs the struc­

ture of PE bag cutting equipment based on the Pro/Engineer three-dimensional modeling software for the design requirements and production time of the automatic production line. Firstly, it introduces the composition and principle of each mechanism. The cutting mechanism and the drag and holding mechanism which affect the cut­ting efficiency and quality are analyzed in detail. At the same time, the static analysis of the drag and holding mechanism is carried out, and the force and deformation of the mechanism are obtained. The design of the PE bag achieves the cutting and subsequent bagging process of convergence, and meets the requirements of the manufacturers. The equipment provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the structural improvement of the liquid bag production line, and has a high practical application value.
