annular orifice is the space between the cylindrical piece and the central piece. The firstannular orifice opens into a recovery chamber connected to an evacuation pipe. The inletinto the separation chamber has perforations in its walls allowing the mixture to enter.The separation chamber has a conical or arched part at its inlet, coaxial with the chamberand fixed to it. A collar fixed to the separation chamber extends into part of the chamberfrom the inlet and is surrounded by an annular jet of the mixture flowing between thecollar and the cone.
