摘要：A medical device lead includes a flexible body having a proximal region with aproximal end, and a distal region with a distal end. A connector is coupled to the proximal
end of the flexible body of the lead to electrically and mechanically connect the lead toan implantable pulse generator. A composite wire having a proximal end is electricallycoupled to the connector. The composite wire includes an inner conductor element and aplurality of outer conductor elements adjacent to and radially spaced from the innerconductor element. A distal end of each of the inner conductor element and the pluralityof outer conductor elements is connected to one of a plurality of electrodes in the distalregion of the flexible body.
