摘要：An amplifying device comprises a differential amplifier stage (30), which includesa first transistor (31) supplied with an input signal and a second transistor supplied withan output signal as a negative feedback signal, and a third transistor (40) for detectingcutoff of a power supply voltage to be supplied to the differential amplifier stage. Thethird transistor controls a fourth transistor (41) which sets the potential at the base ofthe first transistor at the ground level. The base of the first transistor is connected to thebase of a fifth transistor (42), which controls a sixth transistor (43) connected betweenthe ground and the base of the second transistor so that in a power-off state, the fourth
and sixth transistors render the potentials at the bases of the first and second transistorsto be the ground level.
