摘要：A measuring device for determining the position of a control element, such as a

throttle valve in which a temperature-resistant Hal sensor () cooperates with a

permanent magnet (), which is connected to the control element by a spindle (), in orderto obviate the need for a conventional mechanical potentiometer. By virtue of the Halleffect, the Hall sensor () produces during movement of the control element and thus ofthe position of the permanent magnet () relative to the Hall sensor (), an output signal(U) that is preferably linearly proportional to the movement of the control element. TheHall sensor () is programmed to correct temperature, related measurement errors in thepermanent magnet.
