摘要:An alcohol free beverage composition including: (a) water in an amount at leastsufficient to dilute the following (b) to (d) water dissociable components up to an amountto have a flavour profile that is attractive to be consumed; (b) a concentrated fruitextract, selective from a group, consisting of at least one of, or a combination thereofmalic acid, tartaric acid and/or citric acid; (c) grape aroma; (d) verjuice; wherein saidcomposition is adjusted to a pH value between 2.5 to 5.5 by an amount of (a) and/or (b)respectively when the beverage composition is at a ready to drink strength.
