编织形式对三维全五向编织复合材料拉伸性能的影响 INFLUENCE OF BRAIDED FORMS oN TENSILE STRENGTH oF THREE.DIMENSIONAL FULL FIVE.DIRECTIONAL BRA2013年3月 DED C0MPoSITES IZHONG Chong.yan ,CAO Hai-jian ,LI Juan (1.Key Laboratory of Eco—Textiles(Jiangnan University),Ministry of Education,Wuxi 214122,China; 2.Jiangsu Baihoo Textiles Technology Co.,Ltd.,Suqian 223800,China) Abstract:Glass fibers were used as raw materials to weave three.dimensional full five—directional braided fab— ics by using three.dimensionalt braiding machine used with automatic module—combination rotation method.Braiding forms of 1 X 1,1×2,1×3 and 2×2 are included,and the four braided fabrics were then compounded with epoxy matrix to form three.dimensional full five—directional braided composites.Tensile properties were tested by using u— niversal materila testing instrument(Instron)and the influence of braided orfms on the tensile properties of the COB— posites were investigated.The results show that the tensile property of braiding form 1×1 is the highest,and that of braiding form 1×3 is the lowest.The braiding form 1×2 makes the best use of single yam strength。while the braiding form 1×3 makes the worst. Key words:three.dimensional full five—direction;braided forms;braided composites;glass fiber; tensile property (上接第38页) THERMAL 0XIADATIVE DEGRADATION KINETICS OF SⅡ ICoN.ARYLACETYLENE.CONTAINING RESn CHI Tie,QI Hui—min ,HUANG Fa—rong,DU Lei (Key Laboratory for Specilaly Functional Polymer Materials and Related Technologies of Ministry of Education,School of Materials Science and Engineering,East China University of Science and Technology,Shanghai 200237,China) Abstract:Silicon—arylacetylene—containing resin(PSA—R)offers excellent high-temperature resistance,low di— electric constant,high—temperature mechanical property and easy processability.The kinetics of the thermal oxida— tive degradation of silicon-arylacetylene-containing resin was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)an— der air.The thermal oxidative degradation of PSA.R had three different processes:thermal oxidation of unsaturated chain,thermal oxidative degradation of end一,side—chain scission and main—chain.The corresponding kinetic param— eters include activation energy,pre—exponential factor and empirical order of the thermal oxidative degradation sta‘ ges were evaluated by using Ozawa and Kissinger metnods,respectively.
