摘要：A method of preparing nucleated peripheral blood or bone marrow cellsoptimized for at least dual mode imaging. The method including: (a) isolating nucleatedcells from a peripheral blood or a bone marrow sample; and (b) resuspending thenucleated cells in the presence of a morphology preserver including at least 1 % serum,and recovering a cell fraction thereby preparing the nucleated peripheral blood or bonemarrow cells optimized for at least dual mode imaging.
