I can fill the new name of certificate into the EP, but my school said they need to update my file to change the name. I don't know if that will affect my application process. I also want to know if "proceed on application for me",as you said, indicates that I should apply right now. I am concerned about the influence might brought by the update of my file.

I can incorporate the new title of certificate in the EP. However, I was notified by the school that my personal archive will be updated as another title. I have no idea that it does matter or not in this regard. Regarding the "proceed on application for me" you mentioned, does it means I need make application right now?
